Some signs that your project is failing 

Project Audit & Recovery Ltd. was set up in order to address several major issues affecting modern industry and the projects run within it.

PAR consists of very senior project controls consultants from a variety of backgrounds, but with one thing in common: 

They have all had many years of experience of both the best and the worst in programme/project management and control. 

Utilising their collective knowledge and experience, they determined to offer the “project” world a viable alternative to failure, even when failure is already potentially at an advanced stage.

The philosophy is really quite simple. 

If you believe your project might not be performing as well as expected, or you have doubts about the quality of management information, then you may be in real need of assistance. If this is the case,  PAR will: 

bulletAudit the project controls systems, including the planning, cost and risk elements.
bulletAudit the project itself including expected performance, reported actual performance and real actual performance.
bulletAudit the project baseline to ensure the original viability of the project. 
bulletIdentify faults in any of the above.
bulletRecommend solutions to the faults. 

If necessary, they will: 

bulletProvide management solutions.
bulletProvide training.
bulletProduce recovery plans.
bulletProvide recovery business plans. 

If requested they will even step in, in an interim management role in order to implement the necessary changes for you.
